Roadshow to Deliver Funding Facts ::

All community groups and individuals in the District are invited to attend one of three information sessions taking place in the District at the end of this month. The ‘Banbridge District Funding Roadshow’ has been organised by The Bridge Partnership (Banbridge District Local Strategy Partnership Limited) in conjunction with several other funding bodies to inform the public about the various funding opportunities currently available to them.

Elaine Gillespie, Programme Manager for The Bridge Partnership commented, “This is an excellent opportunity for the public to meet representatives from many local funding bodies all under one roof. They can improve their knowledge of what funding is available and most importantly get direct expert advice on their own projects. There will be funding information available in support of a wide range of project types within the District, whether they are community, economic or tourist based. There will even be information available on the support available for cross border activities and micro businesses. A manned information stand will be present at each session from each of the participating bodies. These include The Bridge Partnership, Banbridge District Council, Rural Down Partnership, Mourne Heritage Trust, Interreg’s East Border Region and Banbridge District Enterprises Limited. Everyone is welcome to come along and to take full advantage of these information sessions.”

The three funding information sessions will take place on the following dates in the following venues. Information will be provided on a drop in and pick up basis. This initiative has been funded by The Bridge Partnership.
